3. License of Use (Royalty-Free)

By purchasing a vocal pack from Vokaaly, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to:

• → Use the samples in your own commercial and non-commercial musical productions.
• → Modify and process the samples as necessary for your compositions.
• → Release and distribute music containing our samples without the need to pay additional royalties.

However, it is strictly prohibited to:

• → Resell, redistribute, or share the samples individually or as part of another sample library.
• → Claim copyright ownership of the original samples or the isolated melodies provided by Vokaaly.
• → Use the name or likeness of Vokaaly's vocalists in your song titles, album covers, or promotional materials without prior written authorization.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been provided or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content delivery has begun.

We only consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• → The digital file is technically corrupt or defective (and we are unable to provide a functional replacement).
• → The product was never delivered or accessible (subject to our verification).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the technical integrity or security of our site.

6. Limitation of Liability
