Vocal Licenses
We offer a range of licensing options to suit your production, exclusivity, and distribution needs.
Standard Exclusive
Sold to only one producer. Once purchased, the vocal is immediately and permanently removed from the store. Includes standard rights to release your track with shared royalties or under the singer's standard terms.
100% Royalties Exclusive
Includes a full transfer of copyright and master ownership. The buyer receives 100% of all royalties generated from the release, and the singer completely waives all rights and claims.
Stems Multitrack Exclusive
stems included100% Royalty Transfer plus the complete multitrack project folder. Includes all raw WAV stems, original mix, instrumental mix, unmastered references, and full MIDI melodies.
Prime / Limited-Edition License
Non-exclusive, but sold only to a restricted number of buyers (up to a custom quantity limit). Once the limit is reached, it is permanently removed from the catalog. Royalty-free for commercial use.
Non-Exclusive License
Can be purchased and used by multiple producers. Royalty-free for commercial use. Vokaaly may occasionally remove non-exclusive tracks from sale to prevent them from becoming overused.
The Vocal Package

Vocals only. We sell professional vocal recordings — never instrumentals or beats. You bring your own production; the voice is what you take home. When a singer offers the full Stems Multitrack, that vocal is clearly flagged with a Stems badge on its page so you know exactly what's included before you buy.

Do you sell instrumentals or beats?
No. Vokaaly is a vocals-only marketplace — we sell the voice, never the instrumental or beat behind it. You produce the track; the vocal is yours to build on.
What are Stems / Multitrack vocals?
Some singers offer a full Stems Multitrack package: the vocal split into separate tracks (lead, harmonies, dry and wet) plus MIDI and more. When a vocal includes this, it is marked with a purple "Stems" badge on its page. Vocals without the badge are delivered as the standard mastered vocal files.
Are the vocals exclusive?
For all "Unique Vocals", yes. Once you purchase, the vocal is removed from the store and you own 100% of the rights. "Vocal Packs" can be bought by multiple producers.
Can I credit the singer?
This depends on the singer's preference listed on the product page. Most singers prefer to remain anonymous (Uncredited) to maintain their brand.
What is the NDA for?
The Non-Disclosure Agreement ensures that the relationship between you and the singer remains private, protecting the "anonymous singer" business model.
How do I download my files?
Immediately after purchase, you get instant and lifetime download access directly from your "My Purchases" dashboard. For standard licenses, you will receive the main vocal files (dry and wet versions), lyrics, your PDF License Agreement, and digital NDA certificate. If you purchase the Stems Multitrack license, you will receive the complete multitrack package (including mastered WAVs, raw stems, harmonies, MIDI, and lyrics).

Technical Standards
To maintain our premium catalog, all submissions must meet these strict criteria:
High Quality Audio
24-bit 44.1kHz or 48kHz WAV files. Recorded in a treated room with professional gear.
Dry Stems Mandatory
Always provide completely dry versions (no reverb, delay, or heavy processing) of all vocal tracks.
Original Vocals Only
We only accept 100% original creations. Covers, remixes of existing songs, or AI-generated voices are strictly prohibited.
Metadata Accuracy
Correct BPM and Key identification. Well-formatted lyrics text file included.

Withdrawal Limits?
There is no minimum limit to request your withdrawal. Your earnings are yours from the first dollar.
How long for payout?
Payments are sent immediately after the sale is confirmed. No long waiting periods.
Can I sell elsewhere?
For Unique Vocals, no. They must be exclusive to Vokaaly. Non-exclusive packs can be sold on other platforms.
