This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "Licensee") and Vokaaly. By purchasing and downloading any vocal content from Vokaaly, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Vokaaly grants you a non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased vocal content in your musical productions.
2. License Types
A. Unique Vocals (Exclusive)
Purchasing a "Unique Vocal" grants you exclusive rights. Once purchased, the vocal is removed from our store and cannot be sold to any other party. You own 100% of the commercial rights to the vocal as used in your production.
B. Vocal Packs (Royalty-Free)
Vocal Packs are sold under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license. Multiple users may purchase and use the same vocal content. You may use these vocals in commercial releases without paying additional royalties.
C. Non-Exclusive Vocals
Individual non-exclusive vocals grant you a license to use the content in your productions while allowing Vokaaly to sell the same content to other producers. These are royalty-free for commercial use under the terms of this agreement.
3. Permitted Usage
- • Synchronization in music, film, television, and advertising.
- • Public performance and streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
- • Modification and processing (pitching, chopping, etc.) to fit your production.
4. Restrictions
- • You cannot resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw vocal files.
- • You cannot use the singer's name or likeness without explicit uncredited permission (unless "Credited" is specified).
- • You cannot use the vocals in a way that is defamatory or illegal.
5. Ownership
Except for the rights explicitly granted in this license, the singers and Vokaaly retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the vocal recordings.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the vocal content.
